Great boutique hotel. We have stayed here each time we were in London. Always great, friendly service. Yes, as stated here many times, there are no lifts. They have always asked if we needed help with our bags up or down the stairs. Excellent location!!

I stayed here for 3 nights when I was in London and it was really convenient for me to get around. Hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help. This hotel is located at a walkable distance from a lot of the main attractions in the city. Public transit options are also at a walkable distance. There are also quite a number of restaurants around this hotel.

Such a quaint & convenient place to stay in London. We really enjoyed the layout of the room & the feel of the hotel as a whole. The location makes walking accessible to all the significant places to visit around London!

The hotel is located in the middle of Covent Garden. There is an underground station nearby. Many pubs, restaurants, shops and theatres in the immediate vicinity. The British Museum and the National Gallery are also not far away. The hotel is small and a bit outdated. The rooms are practically equipped. All clean and fresh towels every day. The reception was manned 24 hours a day. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast in the hotel, but there are plenty of bakeries and cafés around the corner. London is not cheap. The mid-range hotel, offers an attractive price-performance ratio. I can recommend it!
