A truly Memorable Stay at the Fox Hotel Rating 10 of 10 I recently had the pleasure of staying at the breathtaking Fox hotel, and I must say, it was an experience I will cherish forever. From the moment I stepped foot into this hotel. The first thing that struck me was the warm and genuine welcome from the staff. Their impeccable professionalism and attentiveness immediately made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. As I entered my room, I was blown away by its sheer elegance and sophistication. The tasteful decor that created an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The room was immaculately clean, and every detail had been carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort. The location of the hotel was also worth mentioning. Situated in a peaceful and picturesque setting, it offered a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Yet, it was conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. In conclusion,I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly remarkable stay. I cannot wait to return and create more cherished memories in this magnificent haven.

Lovely Boutique style hotel which is full of character with an amazing Turkish Breakfast. The staff are lovely and it has an easy going vibe. Some lovely local resturants in the area also. I'd recommend to those not looking for a monster hotel experience but something more intimate. Staff are excellent and seem happy to be there. Max is a good character which works nights. Would have got 5 stars but there were alot of long hairs in my room when I checked in.

An unexpected pleasant stay here at the Fox Hotel in Istanbul. A short 10 min walk from Taksim Square. Upon check in there was a bit of confusion with our rooms and bedding configurations, but this was quickly rectified with ease and pleasure by the general manager Busra, who was a great help for our little group in recommending sights and activities to undertake in Istanbul. In saying that, most of the staff at the hotel were so helpful and hardworking and made our stay very comfortable. A huge credit to this hidden gem. Breakfast was fantastic and was on a made to order basis as opposed to a buffet situation. You could even opt to have your breakfast delivered to your room if you wanted at no extra cost. This applies also to unlimited coffee, tea and water. Overall, would definitely recommend and would return if we had the chance.

The hotel is located in an alley with a steep slope, which is not recommended at all during snowy days. Due to the lack of a suitable sidewalk, it is not easy and safe to access the hotel at any time of the year with a bag or a baby carriage. In the middle of the night, you could hear the sound of the car horn in the streets or the sound of the elevator going up and down. The room was smaller than what we saw in the pictures before booking. The quilts were torn and the room was not completely clean. For breakfast, the tea was sometimes cold and some breads were stale. Overall, it was much lower than expected for a four-star hotel.

The rooms are spacious (standard double rooms), absolutely fine for a hotel in a central location in Taksim in a busy area. The rooms have a comfortable queen-size bed, which was absolutely enough for us as a couple. The rooms are clean, even places that don't catch the eye were free of dust. The safe and TV worked well. The tv however, was a little older. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, almost like a family. Especially the clerk with the short red hair (i think her name was Mercia) did a really good job with check in and check out and Mehmet at the reception can speak 3 languages fluently and was also very friendly and answered all our questions. Breakfast is ok. Only "negative" part is that the hotel is at a hill, so when leaving the hotel towards taksim square you have to walk uphills that can be a bit annoying on warm days, aber it's not that hard and normal in istanbul. So not a real negative point. I can recommend! M.B. from Germany!
