Quiet, soft beds, possibly a balcony with sun, and at a decent price in a central location on a main Baht bus route. It even smells nice too!

The room design is simple, clean, not fancy. Doesn't provide breakfast and some toiletries, but that's for the price. The hotel is in an alley away from the road so you don't hear the noise of cars and motorbikes. I recommend it because of its quiet air conditioner. Some old or cheap hotels use central air conditioning or old independent air conditioners, even with the fans turned to minimum. It's also loud, and the noise is low-frequency noise that can be boring and tiring. Apart from 4 and 5 star hotels, it is difficult to find air-conditioned and quiet hotels at this price in Pattaya. So, I recommend it.

We are quite impressed with this conveniently located boutique hotel minutes from Central Plaza Pattaya. Price very reasonable. We did not have a balcony & there is no pool or breakfast option available, but we were not looking for these. Kaw at reception is extremely efficient as well as very pleasant. The room is spacious & the bed is quite comfortable. Overall, it suited our needs for a Friday nite & we'll have no problem with a return visit should the opportunity present itself.
