Our choice to go here so no complaints. Maybe one little niggle, when handing the key card back in it would have been nice to have heard "hoped you enjoyed your stay" and "hope to see you again" instead of muttering thanks and barely looking up from the desk, but overall enjoyed it and will return when it's busier and check out all the facilities.

4 stars. Breakfast fees are overprice with what they offer you. Just some scrambled eggs, mushrooms, plain eggs, hash browns and some cereal, you chose what you want and it costs around 10-30 pounds I believe. (A day) the rooms overall are great, nothing wrong with them, just a little bit small but you can easily make do with your space. Great parking lot. It is massive and there is a lot of space. Unlike some hotels too, they have an entrance from the parking lot which personally i always expect so I don’t have to walk around. The Fitness Suite, (pool/gym). It’s not great, if you’re under 16 and go down there early in the morning, they will tell you to wait 2 more hours before you’re allowed to enter the suite. Also, you will have to pay a reasonable price for it, I believe it was 8 pounds last Time I visited. Overall, I give it 4 stars. It’s a great hotel, it’s next to the sea so you have view of the sea. The employees are great and they also accommodate you with what you desire. For example, colouring, paper, pens, guidance, food, allergy advice (the standard). And they are also very funny cracking jokes now and then, they also clean the rooms every morning for you. And they clean all the rooms in the hotel, so they are very hard working.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!! It’s completely disgusting. Amount the array of faults we had heating in one room that didn’t go off; one room that wasn’t heated; a broken unit that led to an accident; not enough beds on arrival that they then tried to squeeze in; a dirty bathroom and a door with nor privacy cover. All reported to reception to be told there’s nothing they can do. They didn’t even have an accident book available. One couple didn’t pay for parking at the desk (dropped on lucky they said) everyone else being charged £7 a night. Oh and the whole 3rd floor stank of cannabis. Wrote a letter of complaint, standard reply of we’ll respond in 14 days, no reply. Prompted them after a month. Reply from Catherine was offensive. We’d paid £500+ for a family room and £200 extra for another. Tried to explain this and she basically said tough. The only plus I can give was that the bar and restaurant staff where fantastic.

Stayed here just before Xmas enjoyed my stay and room was nice, there is a nice big car park and Could see my car from my room, also a sea view and the illuminations. The downside was no swimming pool open again! It was closed on my last visit too! And the main bar didn’t open until 16.00! During the week, Come on I’m on holiday! But there are other places to go outside the hotel nearby, I found a lovely chinese around the corner and there is also a co-op nearby, in fact just a stones throw away.
