Excellent location, friendly staff, cleanliness average (bedding clean, bathroom clean, just cigarette ash in the drawer, but no biggie, I used the other drawer👍). Dining area looks like being renovated so no breakfast but there are more than enough places around where you can eat, so it wasn't a problem at all. The room was tiny but fitted 4 people and it was OK just for sleeping, we spent all days outside anyway. I was looking for affordable (cheap) accommodation and I got what I expected, it served our purposed well. And it was fun being squished with 3 kids in the small room, makes you invent different things and ideas 😂

Booked for my daughter to stay in. Excellent and quick responses to questions before booking. Cute, comfortable clean, room with everything needed. Nice little breakfast for her in the morning. Bargain price. Friendly owners. Was a bit jealous as her hotel was better than ours! Took a business card and would definitely book next time we're in Blackpool.

After an issue with booking.com (cancelled our booking with no notification) these guys were quick to accommodate us and move things around so we could stay. The facilities were well maintained and the hotel itself just felt nice to be in. The staff were outstanding and honestly just genuinely nice people; nothing was problem for them. Other guests seemed satisfied and happy giving a consistently pleasant atmosphere. It was great to see the owners and staff engaging with customers and neighbouring hotels. Our double room was clean and tidy, nice bathroom and shower and a TV mounted on the wall near the bed. At night we realised we had a reat view of the tower illuminated which was a nice. We will definitely be visiting again and will likely see this as out go to hotel in Blackpool. Thanks guys ! We look forward to seeing you again (Thank you for also posting my passport that I mistakenly left in my room !! 😅)
