A SHAME !!!! did not go there ... I booked a room in this hotel to stay there for 3 nights with my children including 1 baby. the room i booked i can't stay there because there is a very strong smell of humidity and i have a child with asthma so it's not possible for us. I exceptionally requested a refund so I could rent elsewhere but they refused even with a fee. It is truly shameful and inhuman.

amazing staff, amazing (ish) rooms. Rooms werent the best cup of tea but we needed a place to stay! Location wise - Roads - 1/10 (not hotel fault) but from our room we had some splendid views!

Wow I can't even believe the weekend from HELL at The Westbourne House! And also do NOT appreciate the lady on the phone telling me to 'f off' for expressing my concerns... Bed sheets with stains on and not fresh, Hotel stunk, Bathroom disgustingly unclean, Young lady was nice at the hotel but never to be seen, Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Avoid it's beyond disgusting. The woman I spoke to on the phone has the most vile customer service I have seen.

We had no idea when booking that there was no private shower only a communal one. The private toilet we had was filthy, the toilet seat wasn't attached and the previous guest had left us stains as a gift in it and urine over the seat. There were stains on the wall that looked like blood. Breakfast was a let down as we found a long black hair in our food, rather than replace the food entirely (I am an qualified chef) which is basic food hygiene etiquette they simply removed the hair and placed the food back on a new cold plate and gave it back to us like it was new. I had sliced into the food before hand so I could tell it was the same when it came back. The TV remote wouldn't connect to the TV and the 'Sea View' was a lovely view of the back of other run down hotels. Also the cups hadn't been cleaned so we refrained from using the brew making facilities. Over all Faulty Towers would have been better.

If you are just looking for a roof over your head this is great, location very central. But after greating wr didnt see host even thought we tried ring the bell as host told us to do. We had to go shops nd buy own toilet roll. Shower was hot but not powerful at all and beyond disgusting you really dont want to use the shower if posdible,covered in mold and not the biggest of cubicles . Room was absolutely frozen and through the nite you can here the toilet system from others using there toilets. Our room was ment to have sea view, It definitely did not ... And although breakfast was ment to br included no sign of host or offering of breakfast in the morning 🤔
