We did a two week trip in Vietnam and from all the hotels we went, this one is the best in its price category and even better than many 4+ stars hotels here. The service is outstanding, they offer free food and drinks, the service is so lovely (they are extremely helpful and the desserts are delicious - 30% discount) and the breakfast is amazing too. We were twice here and a total of 4 nights. A big plus that you only find here: snacks and drinks are for free. This saved us as we arrived really late to Saigon and could fill our hungry stomachs with instant noodles, crab chips and some nice local beer :-)

Chance upon this hotel via Google. The location is very good. It's not your typical hotel room. Some rooms are small, especially if you choose 2 bedder. This hotel has free-flow snack, drinks, and cup noodles. Rooms are very clean, and the bed is very comfortable, too. Two dryers and washing machines are free, too. They even provided washing detergent capsules. Breakfast is also fantastic, not your typical hotel buffet type. The only draw back, a bit noisy.

Comfortable rooms. Great location for site-seeing and yummy food. Free water, beer, and snacks available 24/7. But most importantly, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We had to book a last-minute extra night when our train was cancelled and they took care of everything very quickly and gave us our original rate even though we had to make the quick change. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in town!

I arrived very late at night and had arranged a car with The Hammock prior to my arrival. Communication with the hotel was easy and check-in was quick. The room was clean and quiet with a minibar well-stocked with water. A free breakfast was served on the top floor affording a nice view of the city. There was a variety of free drinks and snacks too. The Hammock was within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel also provides tour information and booking.
