We booked one bedroom suite, room was spacious completed with coway water dispenser, microwave, fridge, living room, bathtub. check in took sometimes as most customers didn't get ready Malaysia identity card at the counter during check in. toilet cleanliness need to improve, hair & leftover tissue paper on the ground, toilet bowl got dirt & stain. room smell weird might came from the hall carpet. hotel should keep well maintain the resort. dining area to improve as it rated 5 stars, too crowded during festive season & guests to sit at outside canopy area instead of proper dining restaurant. no covered walkway from Block B to Block A, no umbrella prepare for guests during rain season, guests need to walk under the rain to their Block or need to go back to car to take our own umbrella.

The room is spacious. The view is superb, if can request, request for a higher floor. Mines was floor 22. The inside room got a free soft drinks. and capsule coffee. Deposit RM300. all staff are so professional. Shaded parking area.
