We had an amazing stay over Christmas! Hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the location in direct vicinity of the cathedral is hard to beat, and the spec and finish of the generous size rooms is amazing. We didn’t try the restaurant during the day, but breakfast was excellent, too.

We have just stayed at the Leo Grand hotel and I can not recommend it highly enough. The location is fantastic, it is a stones throw from St Stephens Cathedral which is beautiful. There is an underground station very close. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful with local recommendations. The room was beautiful, with careful touches such as colour co-ordinating the towels with the colour scheme. The beds are comfortable, they have a good hair dryer, there is a pre-stocked minibar which was at no extra charge. They really went the extra mile to make it a special stay and I would stay here again. I would like to thank them for making the stay so special and enjoyable.

This is the most fabulous hotel and we cannot recommend it enough. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of town, walkable to all central locations and markets and right off Stephansplatz. Staff were lovely and included all sorts of personal touches and little gifts. Very comfortable rooms, all beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay there again, it is wonderful.

Just back from a 3 night stay at The Leo Grand Hotel- the perfect place for an unforgettable trip to Vienna. The hotel is located very close to some of Vienna’s most stunning buildings - including St Stephens. For an extra special stay I recommend the leopold suite - not only is it one of the most beautifully decorated rooms I have ever stayed in but you get to enjoy spectacular view of the cathedral (whilst enjoying a soak in the bath) The staff were friendly and attentive, helping us book restaurants, tours and ever a trip to the hairdressers The on site restaurant is pretty special too. We will definitely be staying again if and when we return to Vienna!

I cannot stress enough how much I love this hotel. The Leo Grand is absolute perfection, from the layout of the rooms, to the service provided by the staff, to the location of the hotel itself! It is a relatively new hotel located right in the center of Innere Stadt in the absolute best area you can stay in Vienna. For the price you pay, you are getting a wonderful deal! All the staff working at The Leo Grand went above and beyond to make our stay extremely enjoyable - we were here for part of our honeymoon and they went out of their way to get us roses, a heart-shaped balloon, chilled wine and a hand-written card congratulating us on our honeymoon! We also stayed in Budapest and Prague during our honeymoon - the Budapest hotel gave us things like this but we had to pay an exorbitant price, and the Prague hotel didn’t even do anything. The fact that The Leo Grand team just did this on their own terms was amazing! However, not only that, the room was EXCEPTIONAL! Perfectly clean, nicely updated, and it really was beautiful! I love the design - you can see from some of my pictures. The mini-bar also was 100% complementary as well - most hotels charge you for anything you get from the mini-bar. Not here!! The location was just steps from the most famous shopping streets in Vienna, and all-in-all this was one of our favorite hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Skip the big-name hotels and come here on your next trip to Vienna!! We will certainly be back!
