We arrived at the Loft Apartments as 3 tired and dusty women after riding the Otago Rail Trail. We were greeted by smiling and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us. We had booked a two bed apartment but were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment and given a late checkout the next day. While a little tired in decor, the rooms had very comfortable beds and the apartment was totally clean and well appointed. Showers were good with plenty of hot water. Location and views were superb. Staff friendly and helpful. Price was excellent. The Loft will be my first choice for booking in Queenstown in the future.

The place is suitably comfortable, and the amenities are satisfactory. The loft is in the heart of Queenstown, where you can access different activities. The personnel at the front desk is informative and helpful at all times. Special recognition to the staff who returned the AirPods I misplaced in room 303. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place for your stay in this lovely city. Kudos.

Some big pluses and some big negatives here. The location is brilliant and the design of the rooms with regards to layout are great. The negatives are the upkeep, some staff, room appointment and cleanliness of not just the rooms, but the entire facility. Half of the powerpoints in our room did not work, it was far from being to a cleanliness standard that you would expect from somewhere that you had to pay for. I greeted and smiled at 6 staff members over the 3 days, only 1 (who was very lovely) smiled and returned my greeting. The coffee cups in a self contained apartment were the tiny, who drinks a 90ml coffee? The haphazard repairs that had been done were pretty poor, for example there was a black painted wall in our room that had been repaired, at least put some black paint over the white patches? The grounds have been ignored and are in very shoddy condition. You have ownership of a great little facility but you seem to be running it into the ground in pursuit of a dollar. Spend some money and get the place to an acceptable standard, as someone who is pretty well travelled, the cleanliness, appointment and upkeep would be in my bottom 3. Location and 1 staff member who smiles is not enough.
