A lovely hotel in the heart of London, with a terrific breakfast (among the best of the many hotels that I have stayed at in London over the years). I would like to give a special mention to the housekeeping team, who were truly exceptional. Unfortunately I left various items in the room and they could not have been more helpful in tracking them down, notifying me and returning the items. Genuinely amazing staff and they deserve a huge thank you.

The location is great, staff members and the location of the hotel. but in regards to the rooms they seemed old and in need of renovation, and staying in the first floor rooms are very noisy you will hear everything from outside the room that’s from the noise of the streets. you will indeed wake up. i would recommend if your staying for a short period to book , or if your alone and try to ask them for the upper floors starting from the 3rd floor.

I was a solo female traveler and got myself the superior plus room in July. AC was incredible. Location is incredible despite what people say. So close to tube and walking distance to everything. HIGHLY recommend. Only con is the cleaning staff is too attentive and will clean your room no lie like 5 times a day. I slept in until 10 and they walked in on me and I was startled. Would honestly just stay in bed there all day if I could because it was so nice.

It was the worst experience of the trip. I paid all the money in advance but because of their system problem there was no correct type of room I had reserved. 2 people were to stay in a very small single bed. My expensive item was stolen and they did not provide the breakfast box that they promised to prepare. Of course they never take responsibility and no refund, just keep saying they have no authority to decide. And the manager never replied. It was totally rude.
