Let's be honest, location is only good if you're driving or planning to get private hire rides for your entire stay. While it is tolerable that there are no lifts, I didn't appreciate how unwelcoming and cold the staff were, we were spoken to as if we were living in student accommodation. Potable water is only dispensed from the lobby on the second floor, where a common space seems to be at. Upon entry, it was a red flag that the doors to our our rooms were open. I wondered why, whether it was to signal to us that our rooms were there, but it turns out that the floor is still damp, and in some spots utterly wet. There were hanging lamps in the room that weren't operational despite all light switches were on, I doubt it is just display aesthetics. The in-room kettle was also wet inside, am not sure why a paper towel or dry cloth was put through, and also there are stains in the kettle. Towels were also damp in some spots, so I'm very insecure about how clean the whole place is. The bathroom is questionable -- the tile grouts speaks volumes of how much cleaning is done, and I spotted quite a few baby roaches while showering. If that's not a dealbreaker for anyone, I don't know what is anymore. My friend and I left shortly after within 10 hours since we checked in, and to be frank I didn't bother if they'd approve a refund for our unused second night because it is just how these places are run, I guess.

The only good from this hotel is its location. Have alot of cafes around, lavender bakery is just a few steps ahead. The hotel has no lift. Prepare to carry your luggages yourself. A male reception (dunno his name) was friendly and helpful. Another male staff (who was doing the room cleaning) was very unhelpful and rude. Room is bad. Bathroom is worse. Pillows are yellowish and bed has stains all over. There was a long legs spider coming out underneath the bed onto the pillow which scared me. Yes it's cheap but will definitely pay more to avoid this kind of bad experience next time. Sorry.

First off, the aircon is not cold n room has a strong cigarette/musty smell, even though it’s a non smoking room. I expected a 2-3 star hotel and from pictures in Agoda, it looks good. But I’m actuality, it’s a bad 1-star hotel. Many surfaces is dusty and there’s cobwebs on the ceilings and tables. The worst is their toilet. It’s uneven, dirty, the water isn’t even strong. Shower area will spray the toilet bowls too. There’s also no shelf to put toiletries. The floor tiles were uneven and glued, initially we thought there’s blood! It’s really disgusting. One male service staff explained that all the rooms r the same n took me to choose another that I might prefer, but it’s really all the same. Another female service staff is rude in answering house keeping queries and even cut your queue in getting the water from the water dispenser. My recommendation for this hote is to please stay far far away from it. Many other better options

The room was terrible! I usually do not want to write bad reviews but it's really beyond bad! The musty smell kept me up all night altho I've ran to the car to take my air freshener to spray the whole room. The aircon unit was thick with dust and struggling to work. It was horrible- the air quality and the thick musty smell. The layer of slime on the sink was black and gross, the mirror in the room looked like it hasn't been wiped for months. The toilet was so cramp, the door was just a few cm from the toilet bowl. U have to shower over the toilet bowl as well. There's also a broken toilet tile which u can't avoid stepping on. It was really a horrible experience. The only good thing was the front desk guy- he was very nice. Stay if u love musty smelling rooms.
