The room smells like a public toilet and the furniture was broken, but thankfully the management was nice enough to refund the room and cancel it.

Booked from agoda. First impression of the apartment is spacious and clean. The interior looks new and modern. Check in and out is easy, once arrived call or WhatsApp the person in charge to get the key card and return the key card to the mailbox once you check out. The room only comes with towel and shower gel, so bring your own. After read review about stain on towel, we did a check on bedsheet and towel and we did found stain on both. We check with the person in charge and he informed then he will get it charge. After replaced with a new one, we still find stains but not the obvious. You can access swimming pool and gym on the top floor. Overall is a spacious room but better if are with a bigger group and need the space.

I would say that this was my 5 star experience at Suasana. The room was fantastic, with complete facilities and amenities. The kitchenettes were complete with fridge and microwave. Plus, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. DOUBLE THUMBS UP!

Moldy, smelly & Substandard, no hot water shower for Subhome Suasana Suites. - Nirmal +6012 5138776 at Subhome will ask for RM200 deposit despite paid in full for the accommodation via Agoda. - Nirmal will breach PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and ask for your picture copy of Identification Card (IC) to be sent via whatsapp. - Be prepared for Nirmal not giving you his full name and respond to you via WhatsApp with poor English. The accommodation: - Moldy, smelly, non stick cooking pot flaky and severe scratched and toxic for human use, - No hot water shower! - toilet wash basin sink without stopper, - cracks everywhere (poorly maintained), ~ Balcony door broken, unable to lock. Security issue! as near to common public area: swimming pool. - No free car park, if park at road side despite parking ticket, be prepared to have your car/vehicle go missing by MBJB towing it away! and pay hundreds for fine and hundred for tow. - WiFi not usable - no indoor slipper, - poor quality tea, instant coffee. - poor quality shampoo - dirty, tattered and torn shower towel. - mosquito filled - cig smoke filled esp 09-09

Nice and comfy apartment. Everything was clean except for some of the utensils (luckily I didn't have to use them, I was just looking around). There was a receptionist at the lift lobby for checking into the non-subhome rooms. They don't do check-ins for Subhome rooms btw, so don't queue up at the receptionist if you booked a Subhome apartment. Had some issues trying to check in as the instructions sent to me had an error. The correction came later but I had already troubled the non-subhome lobby personnel for help. I'm not sure if this issue is with my room or the entire building, but theres no hot water for showering. What a disappointment.
