Lovely hotel, in great location. Quiet and cozy, reception team amazing, Roxana was so professional and sweet. Also the bar and being looked after Michele the Italian guy, was just perfect. Enjoying his recommended Pommery champagne, was just perfect. Thank you, I will come back!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The hotel itself is immaculate. A special shout out to Farukh from room service who couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely stay in the hotel again. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at this hotel, the service was excellent. The rooms were okay, well appointed but a little tight for a 5-star hotel. Overall though, a really nice vibe and ultra-friendly staff.

It's been a year since I stayed here, but the memories from The Marylebone Hotel are vivid as ever. The guest experience here really leaves a lasting impression. As a designer, I was really touched by the environment, colors, and comforts of the hotel. (The breakfast is an especially wonderful experience there... mohair velvet covered banquettes, colorful British wallpaper, elegant lighting - with fresh-served juices, a plentiful buffet, and a hot menu -- It sets the tone for such a great day ahead in London.) **Though,** it is the people of The Marylebone hotel that make it so exceptional. The hospitality and care for guests goes beyond what I would have ever expected, and they make the hotel a truly remarkable place. They go above and beyond, and I'm very grateful to them for making our stay at the hotel, where we'd come for rest & respite, such a significant part of our memories there. The Marylebone Hotel is warm, welcoming, and they do it with style. We cannot wait to be back!

I stayed in this hotel during the Christmas season. The location is good and the hotel is decent. Unfortunately for me, my room faced a brick wall. It was quite disconcerting as it was difficult to know if it was day or night. I looked forward to stopping into the lobby bar in the evening for snacks and drinks. The bar staff were very nice. FYI – Watch out for your credit card statement. I had charges that I didn’t recognize from the Marylebone and when I inquired, I was told that it was “probably” from an establishment in the area. I submitted a fraud claim to my credit card company, however, I reached out once again to the hotel and asked them to have the charges reviewed by management. I asked if this possibly came from the hotel lobby bar. I await their response and am annoyed that this has required so much energy from me.
