Worst hotel I've been in my life. 1) the hotel is messy and the rooms are not clean, a lot hot humidity, mold, bed bugs and cockroaches. 2) the front desk person is not helpful and aggressive 3) they overcharged me and never wanted to refund Location is great but I'de rather sleep outside.

Be aware of the deposit on arrival, they charged me 300 out of 1000, and I ve left the room in perfect condition!!!! Sent them 2 emails still awaiting reply! Located in a safe neighbourhood not in the busy polluted central. So you need taxi, no trains nearby. Kind of dated design and furniture more like in the 90s. Kitchen corner with a stove without cooking tools at all. Spacious room, a shame without a bedroom door to shut the noise from the fridge and AC of the living room. The latter can even disturb you an online meeting or call. Windows can be opened for fresh warm air Wonderful big outdoor pool with not to miss sunset! Small Grocery Shops and cafes, restaurants nearby. 10 mins walk to Villa Market, a relatively high end decent size super market or walk another 8 mins to shopping mall Central Rama bigger supermarket Tops, in the basement that the hotel reception didn't even mention when I ve asked for a bigger supper market. Mixed feeling with the staff, maybe due to language barrier. I ve asked for clean dishes and cutlery, even wrote them all down on paper, nothing happened...

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Narathiwas Hotel & Residence! I was of a few American expats there but that didn't matter to me. There are staff at the hotel who speaks English anyway, so no problem! Everyone from the front door security personnel, the hotel desk clerks, the housekeeping staff, etc. were all very friendly, helpful and kind. The location is in the Sathorn area of Bangkok near the wonderful Central Rama 3 mall which is about a 15-minute walk (take water and a towel with you). I stayed in a studio-style hotel with a gorgeous view of the city including Bangkok's malls, shops and buildings. The rooms are very clean, modern and there are flatscreen TVs for you to watch some English-speaking shows (if you need to but there are other international options, too). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, large refrigerator, granite countertops and sink area. I received clean towels/linen and bottled water from the kind housekeeping staff (if I had the DND sign on my door, they still came to empty trash and provide water). The pool area is so peaceful and quiet with a cool breeze coming through. The gym and sauna, located near the pool area was also nice. Very clean and equipped with all the equipment for a full cardio or weight training workout. Small laundry area for one's use, too. The location is great, too! Stores and restaurants galore, especially 7-Eleven, two laundromats, a school, and let's not forget the hardworking people selling food from their stalls/carts along the sidewalks. I felt safe walking at night and didn't encounter any issues. WiFi was good, too. Short-term or long-term stay options are available. There is a courtesy shuttle to take you to the Chong Nonsi BTS which is about a ten to fifteen minute ride. The shuttle also has times to take one to Central Rama 3. I would definitely return!

Absolutely loved staying here. The rooms are huge and have everything you need. We used the gym, sauna and steam room daily which was epic. Good facilities. The pool is also nice. The staff are friendly but not so proactive maybe. It’s good though because they leave you alone. Only problem was that the key cards kept dying so we had to go to lobby usually once per day to fix them. Super annoying.

We stated one night at Narathiwas resistance. It was quiet luxury experience and price we paid was absolutely cheap compared to other places we stayed. There are 2 swimming pools and a hot tub as well. Large pool is surrounded by buildings so can use even at day time also (If you are worried about hot sun light). Hotel is 35 years old (This info is shared by a local resident) and some equipments like sound system/ Hot water system also old as well. Hot water didnot work in our room. Most of the staff speak english and very friendly as well. Breakfast buffet was delicious.
