The Nguyens Guesthouse have moved operation a few houses along the street. The new rooms are small, but perfect with a lot well architected storage space, perfect beds, fridge, cattle. Big plus: Central air con, doubled glass windows isolate for warmth and noise. 50 Meters to Pink Church bus stop (3,31,36), 150 meters to Tan Dinh market. A very lively area, stll in Q1. (January 2024)

I had reserved the room. When I came to there. There ia no room for me because the room was broken. Admin did not tell me beforeward. No risk to come here and should be better to find somewhere else. Sorry to review like this. it was wasting time.

Cafe: just good, reliable have interesting catholic church nearby. Bitcoin exchange: you can find better rate near Cathedral at Italiani's pizza place. For me trader set price approx 25% higher best rate at LocalBitcoins which is obviously doesn't worth a mess. ATM is better except some problems with SMS-validation and further spam next to number input.
