I stayed here for 4 nights. The service was great – the staff was very helpful. The room wasn't that big, but it was clean and the bed was great. We didn't pay much, because we got a last-minute-discount. For the price we payed, it was a great hotel!

Fabulous central location. Rooms were quiet, big enough and well appointed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff extremely accommodating, especially the young man at the front desk I am really not sure how people do not like this hotel. We have stayed here twice

"I feel the need to convey complaints regarding my experience recently at your hotel. I experienced a loss of room key and tried to get help from the receptionist. However, I felt that the service I received was not in accordance with my expectations. The receptionist I met seemed unfriendly and less helpful. I understand that security policies are related to hotel keys, but the receptionist way of responding to this situation makes me feel uncomfortable. I hope to be informed more politely about the procedures and options available. In addition, I feel that the request for additional costs submitted is too high and seems not in accordance with the situation I experienced. I hope the hotel can reconsider this approach so that guests do not feel burdened and can feel more supported in overcoming unwanted situations. I am sure that by increasing communication and responding to guests better, your hotel can provide a more positive experience for guests. Thank you for your attention to my complaint. """

I am so genuinely shocked that this hotel is rated so highly on google I am questing whether the reviews are legit? First of all the hotel is NOTHING like pictured. During our 4 day stay we saw 3 people complain about their rooms whilst we were passing the lobby. This hotel is cheap but not cheap enough for the services provided. Staff were rude and when we were waiting for our taxi to leave we waved goodbye to one of the staff members, for him to say ‘go find another hotel now’ - completely uncalled for. Suitcases were kept downstairs and when we returned to them they were covered in bugs - I am yet to see if my clothes have bugs on them but if they do I will be rating this a 1 star hotel. The pictures paint a completely different hotel to the one we stayed in, our key card didn’t work so we had to use what seemed to be a master key. The water had a strange smell and the bed cover was way too small for the bed (which appeared to be 2 large single beds pushed together). Definitely need to get better bed covers for the larger beds as at least one of us went without covers every night due to it being so small. The fridge smelt horrible. I would not recommend this hotel, although the location is amazing I think you can find way more for cheaper/similar price with much nicer staff and facilities.
