The staff upgraded our room to the suite on the fifth floor, so we were definitely happy with this. The hotel is located near Nguyen Hue and other tourist destinations, many restaurants and even high scale shopping outlets, but it precisely stands in front of a landfill and faces the Tran Hung Dao statue. The room was very spacious and even had a bathtub. However, the room looked as if it was not very well maintained, because we were unable to close the bathroom door completely and the AC was leaking to the table, amongst other things. And as other reviews mentioned, the sound of vehicles seep into your room. When we checked out at 4am, we found the staff sleeping on the sofa, which for us meant they are available 24/7 (instead of sleeping in a separate room where you cannot reach them). At the dirt cheap price they charged us, we did not mind any of our complaints.

I cannot say enough great things about The Noble Swan! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home thanks to the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is truly impressive - everything from the bedding to the decor is top-notch. I also appreciated the little extras, like the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!

The Noble Swan Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, and the staff was attentive and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.
