We stayed three nights and had two rooms the third night that were connecting. One was a king room which when we checked in had no towels in the room. The layout of the room was very odd and where there should have been furniture there wasn't. The bathroom was even worse - you couldn't close the bathroom door when you were on the toilet and there was a pedestal sink which is useless when you are staying in a hotel and need a spot to put all your cosmetics and tooth brushes. We had breakfast two days in the restaurant and the staff was amazing. The food on the Friday was great but on the Sunday the hot buffet was less than satisfactory. The front desk staff was quite helpful. Our kids enjoyed the pool but it was very cold! The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better as well. The bathroom and carpet especially.

My suite was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the bathroom. Nice views, conveniently-placed phone charging stations, and well-equipped with appliances (mini fridge, microwave, kettle). Hotel is close to Union Station and a Metro grocery store to pick up any essentials. Check in and check out were efficient. There are little misses like housekeeping not restocking the coffee pouches in my room. I did not like the quality of toiletries that were provided, they were drying. The front desk is on the cold/unfriendly side. Overall this wasn't as high end as I expected for a 4-star hotel, but I would stay here again if I found another pricing promotion.

The rooms are nice but the main issue with the hotel is that the rooms door and door frame are in metals. Whenever a door is closed, it feels as if the whole building can hear it. And since people are going into their room at all hours of the night, it makes it hard to enjoy a good night sleep.

We had a great time at the hotel for a day. The staff was friendly and helpful, the newly renovated rooms are great and comfortable, and the amenities were amazing. The restaurant was a highlight of my stay, Chef attended us personally and served us delicious food. I had a striploin steak cooked perfectly. The location was also convenient, perfect for the families! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Room was beautiful, large, modern and clean. The location was absolutely perfect especially for those who need to get to the main train station (union). However, for the price and 4* level of hotel the fact that they didn’t have room service (despite a restaurant being on property) was disappointing. We were told we could wait at the restaurant and bring the plates up but this is far from ideal. Additionally they could have provided more than 2 packets of milk per day - we had to go down to the reception to ask for more almost every day. Some very basic hotel services that shouldn’t be cut.
