Lovely guest house. Delicious breakfast. Very clean. Friendly welcome from Kath. Comfy bed. Definitely will be back. Great location.

This little gem of a place I'm glad we found. The hosts were amazingly friendly very lovely accommodating hosts. The building itself is beautiful old very traditional with period original features. The grounds are pretty too and the beds was so comfortable. Our bathroom was huge too. We liked that there was plenty of parking too. Breakfast both mornings was plentiful and outstanding quality plenty of choice definitely a must when you stay. Not even a five minute walk to end of road and ya outside South pier. Our stay was very lovely.

We’ve stayed at the old coach house a couple of times now and are not disappointed. We always get a warm welcome from Kath and Rick does the best buffet breakfasts. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and perfectly clean. There’s an honesty bar for a few drinks in the evening. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the south pier, the sandcastle and the pleasure beach and there’s a few restaurants and shops within a few hundred meters. There’s parking available on the premises which is a must for us. Highly recommend from us. Alan Tracey and Izzy.
