I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Please book this place if you want to get humiliated and be treated rudely. It’s not worth a penny. There is nothing called cleanliness nor respect here. Things are very untidy, and they change the rules every day. The housekeeper is like a warden, constantly blaming you for everything and charging fines for the smallest things. You came late? That’s a £10 fine. You’re 2 hours late? Now the fine is £20. I’m seriously considering filing an official complaint with the authorities to have this place removed from hosting people. Stay far, far away!

On arrival we was confused where the office was to sign into but was grated by someone who promptly checked us in and gave us our keys ect. Parking as horrendous we had to pay ten pound to the man in the office so we could park at the front of the building. Room was small but reasonable for the price large bed which didn't have duvet covers on which was strange. Small tv without signal and no remote which was also strange. Bunk bed for our son tho this was technically two single beds on top of each other and clipped together using brackets to secure them together. Looked clean but upon further looking found hair in toilet room and dust ect Also dead fruit flies by the window which had a broken handle also. Location was roughly ten minutes walk to beach which was a bonus also from shops ect. Cheap and not so cheerful unfortunately. Only stayed one night don't think we will be back in the future.

Very nice and very clean and tidy. The room was really nice and clean clean bedding and I will definitely stay there again and the Housekeepers are very lovely to talk to and very nice and the best hotel I ever stayed in in Blackpool

The room wasn't fit for purpose. Few issues the toilet wouldn't flush , no water came out the hot tap .there was no storage not even a rail to hang your clothes. Thankfully we had only booked for the one night no way could we of stayed another night . I know you get what you pay for we paid £45 for the room but you expect the basic amenities to be functional whatever the price. It's a shame really because this guest house is in a great location
