Booked the double room. Excellent location. Walking distance of all the transport and nearby famous street where the tram runs down. However I hated the room! We changed our booking to two nights as we needed to be within airport reach first thing in the morning and I am glad I changed it as two nights was too much. Room are dated, with cracked floor tiles. (403) The room absolutely smelled of smoke and as a non smoker it made me feel dizzy and my throat was getting bad. As it was weekend we heard very loud music from the streets into the early hours. Plug in the shower didn't drain well so the floor where your feet touches for the toilet was flooded with water. Lastly the fan/ air con didn't work so the room was super stuffy Wouldn't recommend at all

what a great experience stayed for 7 days. was travelling with family, booked 2 rooms which where ft for purpose. the rooms themselves are clean and tidy, the cleaning is done everyday around 10ish. there is a lift but very small fits about 3 people or 2 with bags. the reception area is open 24h with great service and advice from the staff working there. was given rooms 701 and 702 which give a amazing sunset view from the balcony of Istanbul city looks great. may seem busy during the day but hardly heard any noise during the nights easy to get to everything and great place to stop and rest.

Nice hotel. Near to galata and istiklal street. Morning staff was very good and helpful. Only night staff a boy was rude. Called him to fix the ac remote and he was like you have to come down and 2nd day while checking out called him he was like i am busy and we have to carry all lagguages ourself to down. Very disappointed
