Date of visit : Sat to Sun 13-14 Jan 2024 Stayed here for 1 night just to be closer to Pattaya Beach Road. 2 hotel towers inclined at an angle to enclose a swimming pool in between. Limited Underground parking under each tower. Checked in at 2. Welcome is curt not too warm. Only given 1 hotel keycard per room. Rejected our request for another. Room is spacious, clean and tidy. WIFI is good. Some early morning banging door noise by neighbors, maybe due to their only single card access system and no door bells.

Really worst memory. Breakfast time, one staff spraied cleaning detergent over my body and foods. My wife and I concerned about that detergent. But the staff show very offensive attitude and was very rude.

What a hotel, front Desk staff like prison wardens,rude, this Hotel is defiantly not a 5*. No coffee,tea, creamer or sugar in room. No slippers One room key per room, toilet roll rationed,Breakfast Basic, we ate Breakfast out everyday. This is a 3* even 3* provide more. Agoda check your Hotels before misleading Customers.
