The hotel is in the Soho area right next to the Elizabeth line. Loved the location as it was walking distance to many restaurants, bars, underground and a supermarket. Checking in was a pleasant experience with a friendly front desk lady. She helped me out as my friend was arriving late at night and got all his details and assured me that my friend will have no problem getting to the room. She was very informative and helpful with the information she provided. The room was clean and had all the amenities including a small kitchenette. The size was comparable to the other hotels in the area. However compared to other hotels we stayed at, we felt the bed wasn't the most comfortable as it felt a bit hard (personal preference). The hotel lobby was nice decorated for the season and a had welcoming feel. The hotel felt very secure as it was not easy to access the rooms without the key card and it was quiet given the busyness in the area. We will certainly consider staying here again when we visit London.

Spent a night at The Resident Soho and will definitely come back again. The hotel is tucked away at the end of a street, so it's quiet and the entrance is not overly busy. The entrance is very nice and the decor is smart and modern. All of the employees we interacted with were all extremely nice and very helpful. We had a double room. While slightly small, the room was very nice with a desk and chair space, but there is not a lot of extra space in the room. If you need a big, spacious room, this will not likely be the hotel for you (but then again, I don't know how many big spacious rooms you'll find in London). The bathroom is small and compact, but the shower was amazing and the built-in towel warmer on the wall was a nice extra. The hotel has a free wine hour in the evenings on weekdays which is an extra nice bonus. Looking forward to our next visit!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were really lovely - friendly and helpful throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean and comfortable. In a brilliant location for getting around London. Thank you.

I had a shoebox. A single room on the first floor with a full and tight would be an understatement. Could just barely move and it faced the street. The bed, pillow, and shower were efficient, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very accommodating, as in offering to make a coffee or ease my stay. It’s a well located property at the end of a street. Soho is right out the door and you have a perfect spot to go to theater and restaurants. I would stay again if I could get a bigger room with a rate justifying the cost. It’s a very well put together property with thought given to the details.

It is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The front desk team was very helpful. Pablo provided some great suggestions for local coffee and breakfast spots. A new train stop is 2 min walk (and takes you straight to Heathrow) and so is Oxford Street. Lots of food options around. Be mindful that it is a very busy area, so it does get a bit loud at night. I would definitely stay there again.
