Not understanding these suspiciously high reviews. Basic if nice hotel in a pleasant neighborhood. Rooms are fine but small. Showers are great but not all rooms have the same shower privacy - important if say a brother and sister decide to share a room. The staff don't seem to love their jobs and aren't that helpful. In fact during our stay they refused to help book a reservation at a restaurant despite doing so the previous evening (stating its not their job - okay). They also have weird rules about bringing in any outside food inside their 2nd floor lobby. This would be understandable if their own hotel food was up to the rest of Osaka's high standards. They also sit right above a Family Mart and a cafe so why have this policy? Do better Royal Park Canvas Osaka - you have a ton of competition. Main reason to stay here would be the price.

Excellent hotel. Rooms feel spacious and comfortable. this location in Osaka is perfect, it’s located literally right next to a subway entrance so everything in the region is accessible. All the staff speak English & offered excellent customer service. Gym is pretty basic, dumbbells with a bench plus a few different cardio machines, however I’d like to see them add a cable fly machine which would make the gym 10x better. Few hotels in Japan have gyms so I appreciate them offering this amenity. Next time I’m in Osaka I will stay here!

This hotel was very nice. The rooms have good space and I liked they take advantage of every corner! Staff was super friendly and helpful, they kept our luggage until it was check in time. The lobby looks really modern and the restaurant has tasty food. They also give some coins for free beverages in certain hours. There’s a family mart at the bottom of the building and it is also next to the entrance of the metro station. I’d recommend 100% staying here. We enjoyed a lot and the cost - benefit relation was superb!

Nice rooms for the price point - particularly the shower was excellent. Staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed the flavored water and drink tokens in the lobby. Our only complaint was the dryer took a few tries to get our clothes dry (might work better with small loads). The location next to the subway was also nice though there weren't a lot of landmarks nearby. We would very likely stay here again in a future visit to Osaka.

I like that the surroundings are quiet. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, it is directly connected to Kitahama Station on the Sakaiji Line, and Yodoyabashi Station on the Midosu Line is not far away on foot, so it is a very good place to travel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Since it is a new hotel, the ice seems to be managed very neatly. I was very satisfied because the room was spacious for the price and unlike other Japanese hotels, it was not a unit type.
