Location - 5/5 Excellent location as it is near ebisubashi bridge, shopping areas and night clubs. Near Don quijote and a family mart in case you would need some supplies. Perfect hotel if you want to try out nearby restaurants and use your hotel bathroom after. Service - 4/5 Hotel has good food and coffee in their breakfast. You would need to bring out your used bath towels in order for the staff to bring you new ones and you need to pay an extra 1,000¥ for a request to clean your room. Rooms - 4/5 Booked a 2 single bed room, had enough space for 2 big luggages to be opened, inside the room is a study table beside one bed with a chair and tv. Bathroom has a small bathtub and a toilet with bidet function controlled by buttons

Small quiet hotel. Good location. And unfortunately, that's about that's good that can be said. We checked in at approximately 10pm. Got to the 7th floor. No light in waiting area of the elevator. Luckily, the corridors had some. They dont change the linen... At all. Today is the 4th day and no change. We went out for lunch, got back about 7pm and all dirty towels and garbage / garbage cans were still outside our rooms. Complained and finally someone came to clean up after an hour. By the way the whole corridor had towels outside doors, that weren't attended to. Tv programs not enough. And they also wanted to chage 1,000 yen per piece for baggage to be left with them. Luckily, the Holiday inn nearby had vacancies. Definitely not recommended. By the way, the location that's good because it's near everything? Also affords drunken guys a few meters from the hotels entrance nearly every night.

People at the concierge especially the afternoon shift have little or no knowledge of English. Even after using Google Translate, they still did not give the right answer to my inquiry. Room is a bit cramped, no extra pillows and no daily room cleaning. Luckily, we only stayed 2 nights.
