A great price for four people during three nights. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The bed was so soft and comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I slept on the sofa bed and it was the same level of comfort as the regular bed. The water pressure in the shower was so nice after a long day of touring the city. Incredible :)

The hotel is a bit far from the train station (midi-zuid) to walk with your luggage: would recommend taking an Uber. The hotel itself is close to some shops and restaurants and about 30 minutes from some sightseeing. The room we had was toward the street so it was a bit noisy, but the walls are also on the thinner side. If you are a light sleeper u may need earplugs, which are provided by the hotel. The staff is very helpful and they are happy to help any time.

Overall - clean room and comfortable for a 2 night stay. Friendly staff, clean building. Writers Room was a bit smaller than it appears in the pics (I had to duck around the tv to get to the other side of the room). Room had some issues with its AC but did have a window to help with ventilation. We were there on a Saturday/Sunday night and a decent amount of noise - street was loud between people, vehicles and garbage trucks so having to have the window open to keep the room cool led to some loud nights. Would consider another stay.

The impression photos are misleading. The room is very, very small (def smaller than 22m2) with no way to regulate the temperature -- very warm pipes under the floor, which cannot be turned off during the day?! Luckily we can open the window to let the cool air come in. A cramped room with no view at all, very narrow hallways and somewhat run down interiors, plus poor sound isolation... feeling like a love hotel. Airco and heating also makes lots of noise... just disappointing, far from the expectations. The big double bed is luckily comfortable. Sufficient hygiene standard.
