Self serviced apartments are nice, no air conditioning though just a ceiling fan Some lights don't work and minor upkeep issues on doors and edges. Location is great, view is great, but windows need cleaning from outside.

Place is getting very dated and needs a refresh, stains and burns on sofa and carpet. Bedding is old. Only the view from one apartment on each floor can truely be labelled ocean view. Rules like taking out your own trash was excessive. Good news is wifi is now unlimited (about time) and spa was good. Location is close enough to surfers but also far enough to be much quieter.

Location great everything else terrible. For the same price point mantra sun is the go. Needs updating, letting things go that far can be dangerous , we had curtains falling off , timber backing fall off ... ants in the kitchen etc etc. To management - invest now or will get worse.
