Room felt smaller than expected and the carpet was quite worn. Bathroom was nice, but clearly they have a design flaw. Everyday, during our stay I called reception but, needless to say nothing was done. Our view in the room was impressive though, and the bed was comfortable! Breakfast was good but service rather inconsistent, we had to remind staff often of our order, and staff spoke very little to no English. The Beach was a disappointment. it's next to a construction site, and I would not suggest to swim in the water. Since the water is full of cement. Add this to noise, dust this isn't a beach to relax on. The pool is better, but again service is inconsistent for example we waited 50 min for fruit, drinks and salads. Again staff speaks very bad English. We ate at the Italian Restaurant a couple of times, and it was good. The buffet during the evening was passable and the staff was better here than during breakfast. The Spa in this Hotel was really excellent.

Fantastic hotel! Everything about our stay was amazing! The hotel's location is great - I enjoyed an early morning walk along the beautiful walkway. The service was amazing - everyone from the doorman to the front desk to the butlers (Charlene and Mahoni) went above and beyond trying to anticipate our every need before we could even think of it. Our room was beautiful and clean. As a platinum Marriott member, we loved the breakfast buffet - it was spectacular. Thank you for a great stay!

We (my wife, 8 year old and I) loved our stay here. The customer service was amazing, personalised and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The restaurants in the property were top notch. Cornice beach was a short walk from the hotel. Huge props to the hotel staff for the attention to detail at every touch point. This was one of our best experiences we’ve had in a hotel.

We were there for our honeymoon and had an outstanding time. I booked the hotel based on the location and good reviews but was blown away at our entire experience. The service we received from the whole entire staff far exceeded our high expectations. The hotel itself was beautiful, in a wonderful location, and had top-notch amenities. Will go out of our way to stay there again.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay, booking a couple of nights relatively last-minute. We checked in with Walid on the front desk, who was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, polite and really went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. All of the rest of that staff we interacted with were also very polite and super helpful.
