I had the worst experience with your cleaning staff who came to clean after us. They were rude, had a bad attitude towards me and my friends, and rudely demanded the few dishes we had used even though our charge came ith a service fee. Why pay a service fee if we were meant to clean up after ourselves??? Please, if you value good customer service, find yourself a better place to stay (there are plenty within the same location. It was absolutely not worth it. If there wasa zero, that would be the rating. I gave my feedback to the lady in charge and she told me maybe it is because they sometimes use relievers (still unacceptable). Train your people to do better!! We hold you responsible for your staff's behavior.
