Room was fantastic and the property is well-designed! We got a status upgrade to a park view room with a balcony and the view was perfect. Lots of functional features in the room (i.e. lighting) and a floor to ceiling sliding glass door that opens up fully. I would've wished for a slightly more engaging check-in, but overall service levels were great! Diego that took my in-room dining breakfast order was incredible and super friendly! He deserves a shout out. Pretty great options for in-room dining, especially considering they offer it 24/7. The hotel is also very close to the park, one of the closest options without staying at a Disney property.

Great location, absolutely huge hotel with great amenities. Spent the first night lounging by the pool/ hot tub. Rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. Walking distance to Disneyland. Were there with a big group of 14 and all of us had nothing but good things to say.

We just got back from staying here. 1/7/24-1/12/24 it did not meet our expectations. We were referred by family and were looking forward to our stay. First, the good, the view from our room was amazing. We were on the 6th floor and could look out and see California adventure. Also, the front desk and valet parking were great and very nice. Second, the bad, our room had mold on the ceiling. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. When we walked in we noticed hair on the ground. It’s a hotel so we cleaned that up accepted it and unpacked. The next morning we saw a housekeeper dragging a duvet cover on the ground from another room. We almost said something to her but didn’t want to make a scene. I’m not saying don’t stay here. But be aware of what you are signing up for. I didn’t receive a discount nor asked for one. We won’t be staying here again.

The front desk people played us because when we checked out they never asked to validate our parking ticket. We had to pay $200 to get out of the parking structure for a two night stay which should have been $70. I had to go back to the front desk and they said they will fix it on my card within 5-7 days. I am put off because I hate to have to watch my card to make sure the charge falls off. Otherwise room service, bellhops, house keeping was amazing. Very guest oriented and they will do anything to keep you happy. Beside that incident with the parking our stay was pleasant. The walking distance to the Disney park entrance was 15 minutes and safe. The walkways are lit up and well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. We had rented a scooter for me and the bellhops took care of it. The scooter rental was from a private company and they delivered and picked it up from hotel. It was $107 for two days. Food in and around the hotel is expensive.

We had a great stay at the Westin Anaheim. The rooms were great - clean, new, quiet and comfortable. We had some of the best sleep we have ever gotten in a hotel! The breakfast buffet was very good (fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, breads, bacon and sausage, etc.) and constantly restocked. The service was great too during breakfast (in particular Su and Rogelio) and at the bar seating in the evening. The common areas were constantly being cleaned and there appeared to be an abundance of staff (all of whom were very good). We had a great stay and would definitely come back again.
