We went for a wedding party and stayed one night at the Westin hotel. The staff are very nice at the hotel itself is very clean, The room was nice and clean with a beautiful bathroom with a super good shower. Banquet hall balcony views are amazing. The view is amazing as well. Everything is well laid out like a 7 star hotel. The beds were very comfortable and clean as well as everything else. The only issue is the parking. It is a little far from the hotel, but they have valet. For overnight valet parking, $45 is too much. Besides that everything else was AMAZING.

The Westin was my home away from home while I was working in Houston for eight weeks, and it was nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, super clean, great gym and pool. My rooms were always perfect. The restaurant has great food as well. But the best thing about this Westin were the people that worked there!! So beyond friendly and accommodating! Truly some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. This Westin is amazing!

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary when we stayed at the Westin. We were blown away, our room was upgraded to a suite which was PHENOMENAL, they had put flower petals, champagne, candles and photos of us set up in the room when we arrived. The front desk called a few minutes after we got to the room to make sure everything was great after arriving. We felt like royalty the whole weekend, they even gave us complimentary drinks from the bar. We spent an afternoon at the pool which was busy but still rather calm and we were able to relax. Staff kept coming to the pool to take orders and make sure everything was great. The surrounding area felt very safe and clean. It was AMAZING! I am absolutely coming back and recommending them to my family and friends!!

I was researching the reviews on this hotel before my stay and became very nervous. However, I just returned and I have to write this, bc it was one of the nicest stays we’ve had in awhile. The rooms were perfect, halls were quiet, restaurant was amazing and so was the service. The cleanliness of this place was remarkable and the staff greeted us with a smile. The manager walked around and checked on everyone and I cannot say enough. Valet took a bit and yes, parking is pricey, but that’s okay, as it was no surprise. Highly recommend.

My husband is a patient at MD Anderson, every 2 weeks. We usually stay at the rotary house, not only because of the sky bridge, staff and accommodations are excellent. We could not get in these last 2 weeks, so I booked those stays with Westin Houston Medical . The room was nice, not crazy about the sliding glass bathroom door. Wonderful shower and furniture. Room itself was dated wood, hard to open closet, no microwave. Fridge was horrible. It was the lack off amenities, for a handicap person. Just really disappointed. I ended up canceling next week, and booked another hotel.
