Great location. Only 10 minute walk from covent garden. Staff are very polite. Rooms are a little small and wood work could do with a lick of paint. The shower tray wasn't draining properly so needed to keep turning shower on and off which was a bit annoying. The small rooms are not cheap. You will be paying well over 200 pounds and I'm presuming that is for the location and definitely not the very standard room. Would I stay again? Not for that money unfortunately. I'd seek somewhere cheaper if possible.

Great staff, lovely clean rooms . Generous breakfast in lovely atmosphere 😉. Able to leave cases and pick up later. DEFINITELY stay again and recommend 👍

I cannot fault the location, as ideal to get to many areas in Central London. Check In and Check Out was seamless and staff were efficient & polite. Looking at some of the other reviews I can only agree re the standards of the rooms - they are desperately in need of a major refurbishment. I wasn't too impressed with the standard of cleanliness in the room I stayed in. Also I stayed on the ground floor and noise from the outside kept me up late into night.

PLEASE DONT EVER COME HERE. warming for everyone that has thought about coming here. There are mouses in the hotel rooms. The rooms are dirty and old. The staff is very rude. (besides the girl at the desk she was very friendly.) We told the manager that there were mouses and he acted shocked but got angry at us when I told him I wanted my money back for the nights I didn't wanna sleep there anymore. After a long discussion he promised that I would get that money, I still haven't received anything so my travel company reached out to this guy and he straight up lied about not knowing anything about this. PLEASE BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE AND READ MORE REVIEWS. more people are complaining about the manager lying and being disrespectful. This hotel is not it if you want to have a nice stay at London.

Hotel is past it's best found it shabby and needing a revamp. Furniture well used and needs replacing Room was clean but old windows do not shut properly extractor fan did not work. Quilt to thick causing lack of sleep due to temperature, no A/C or fan. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Bar shuts at 11pm so no nightcap available. Only 1 small lift in the hotel for 7 levels not practical. Over priced for this standard.
