Everything excellent Structure with three bedrooms on the fifth floor of a building in the Tiburtina area with shared entrance reachable on foot from the station in 10 minutes. Renovated and spacious room with bathroom and balcony. Equipped with fridge, TV, kettle, air conditioning, bathroom products. Everything we needed for our stay. Area full of shops, supermarkets, bars, hairdressers, restaurants.

The accommodation is comfortable and spacious, everything else is not. We expected much more from a B&B that wants to call itself "suite", as soon as we arrived we had to go hunting for keys to restaurants. Without services, there were no gadgets for a small welcome; Ex: (a map, some soap testers to freshen up, a bottle of water..etc). The lady at the b&b seemed very unprofessional to us. Even though we had advised us of the arrival time via booking, which evidently had not been communicated to her due to third party services, she did not even have the sensitivity to understand and accommodate us. However, I must add, on the other hand, the lady was very active in collecting the money I was missing for check-in and asking for another 20 if we wanted to enter before 5pm. So gentlemen, if you arrive before 5pm, be warned! otherwise you could be unwelcome guests.

Negative experience. I book a room on the phone thinking I'm going to a 3-star hotel (as written on the Internet), I find myself in a room in a dormitory/building with a yellowed pillow and walls so thin that I can hear the tenants next door. Apart from this, the most serious thing in my opinion was the "rude" tone with which the lady at the reception addressed me, ordering me to rush to the ticket office by 9.30pm to check in when she knew very well that I was being late due to the train strike. I arrived to pay at 9.32pm and his tone only became gentle after he saw that I had paid. We're not just ATMs!
