Worst hotel experience possible. We arrived at 3pm on a Monday afternoon after some long travels and when we got there, nobody was there. Rang the bell for 10 minutes before having to look up the number and call. Manager said he would be there in 20 minutes but it took him about 40 and we were waiting in the hot sun with all our bags in a sketchy area. Finally got in and the room was fine enough. Bed, bathroom, AC so can't complain there. What really got us was that at 8am, an old lady barged into our room, waking us up. We told her to get out and she literally started vacuuming right outside our door. Then, at 9:30am she was pounding on the door and blowing cigarette smoke in our faces telling us to leave, despite the checkout clearly marked as 10:30am on the information package. To top it all off, because we were rushed out of the hotel by the woman I forgot a pair of $100 headphones in the room.

Stayed three nights at B&B. Clean, quite comfortable room. Good location. Not too much noice from the street. Big minus is the breakfast with Santa Maria. Cup of coffee and a croissant. Not saying it wasn't delicious, but a little bit small breakfast. A little bit confusing advertising with "hotel" and "B&B".
