Nice and clean hotel, in a very good location close to the center of Zagreb with decent prices. The employees are very cultured and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. I recommend it to anyone visiting Zagreb.

This is only a 2 or maybe 3 star hotel even though it is advertised as a 4 star. In the rooms there is no bottled water, no kettle or tea/coffee, limited bathroom amenities. Loud tram noise right next to the hotel mean no sleep quality. Location is poor - a long way from restaurants or attractions in the city centre. Overall, a poor choice in our recent tour of Croatia .... never stay there again.

Very bad! Laut, near tram station, old, uncomfortable! Parking 15 EUR per day. Absolutely crazy place. I could not sleep there. We have to stay there on the way from our round trip of Croatia! Crazy price per night in August! I will never come back to this hotel! Recommend to avoid this place!
