I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! Not only did they provide excellent service throughout my stay, but they also went above and beyond when I accidentally left behind a valuable bag. The staff took immediate action, securing and safeguarding the bag until I could retrieve it. Their attentiveness and care truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding hospitality and genuine concern for their guests’ well-being. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Very nice & friendly 3* hotel, with fantastic service from the reception. We have received excellent recommendations, on where to go. Room was small, no really outside view (view to an external stair), however very, very clean, which was a good value for money. Be aware on the nearby surroundings, not the best, especially in the evening, however it is walking distance 5-10 min to better areas and Metro.

Tins Boutique Suites has its pros and cons. The location isn't ideal, as we witnessed concerning activities nearby , which may not be suitable for families with kids. However, the hotel itself is commendable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. They assisted us with restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements, which was a plus. While it's not the hotel's fault, it's important to be aware of the surroundings before booking. If you can overlook the location issues, Tins Boutique Suites offers a comfortable stay with excellent service.

Excellent hotel, with modern and clean rooms (better than those of Novotel Athenes), close to Omonia square (5min walking) and in an excellent position to explore the city. The only downside is the surrounding area, where substance abuse is rampant and always visible; nevertheless, the neighborhood can be considered safe (no robberies or physical assaults). Excellent price to service/accomodation quality ratio.
