It's my third time in Istanbul. Never had any complaints about any hotel until this one. I had a horrible experience there as the AC wasnt working and they claimed the hotel was full so they could not change me to another room. Didnt sleep the whole night. The breakfast could barely be called a breakfast according to turkish standards Ive experienced.

The hotel is clean and the staff are kind, helpful and welcoming to everyone. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is located in a lively and at the same time quiet area away from the noise. The rooms are very small What I did not like about my stay in the hotel is that I was surprised that the double bed is not king standard size but queen size one. (Pictures on the booking site fool you) It accommodates a couple very narrowly at the tip In the event that you have a child, it is not must to provide a special bed for him by the hotel, as I asked them to provide it for my child, but they said that there are only two in the hotel and they are already busy with other guests.

Staff, location and price are very good, but the beds and pillows were not very comfortable because they were old. the beds were too high sometimes we had to climb out :') The cleaners are very kind people but they were very noisy when they were working in the early hours of the morning. We got concussions every time they dragged the chairs. In addition, their very loud conversations in front of the door prevented us from sleeping :/
