Very good hotel, rooms have all the amenities you need. Hotel is incredibly clean. Staff provides perfect customer service and is very friendly and helpful, and speaks good English. Hotel is in a great location. Highly reccomend

Not much nightlife to do nearby but we only used it as a place to rest so it was perfect. Amazing concierge service as the employee when we checked out helped us send our luggage to our next hotel no problem. Ginza line which we used often is about a 5 min walk. Nothing fancy but a very solid stay for a decent price.

I've never stayed at this location, but in the past prior to covid I've stayed in the Ginza location and Takanawa location several times. The other locations have been spotless including the washing machine. I love having the washing machine in the room so I don't have to fight with other patrons for a machine. This trip however was subpar compared to the other locations. I had booked my room my first 2 nights without the washer and the final 6 nights of my trip here with a washer. My bathroom smelled like wet dog the whole time and I just noticed that all of my clean clothes smell like wet dog mildew smell as well when I got home. So now I have to rewash everything as I can't wear and stand that smell. My first room was okay smelling. I was given room 612 for my stay I just completed. The staff at the front desk was nice and service was okay there. I'm not too sure about the house keeping. I was given new towels and garbage emptied. I understand no sheet change under 6 days, but why wasn't my coffee cups replaced if I used them? It's not like I was provided dish soap to wash them. My coffee cups were very obvious they were used along with spoons but not once I was given clean cups. I'm not sure if I'll return to this location, the bathroom smell was quite obnoxious along with not so clean clothes.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very close to a lot of great sights in Tokyo. The staff was very friendly. I was only able to get a smoking room because at the time of my booking that was all that was available (I'm a non- smoker) and I was a bit afraid the room would smell smokey but it didn't. I loved that the room came with a washing machine and complimentary detergent. The microwave, fridge, kettle and TV were also nice! The bathroom was quite nice as well. Small, but that's to be expected from Tokyo. There is paid parking close to the hotel. Quite expensive but also to be expected in Tokyo. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a very small hotel but very nice, and I enjoyed my stay there. I stayed for 17 nights in an economy room. It was during Golden Week and I could only get an economy smokers room. The economy room is too small for long stays, and there is no washer and storage space, but I could manage okay. I'm not a smoker, and the smoke smell was quite strong but disappeared after a few days. The hotel breakfast is good enough, and the so is the room cleaning. If you have a long stay the room will be cleaned only once per week. Laundry service is expensive but very good. I used it once and the rest of the time I used a coin laundry within 10 minutes walking distance. The Shin-Nihonbashi station is very close so you can get to the airports with little expense, but you will need to carry your luggage up/down 2 flights of stairs. There is an elevator within the ticket gates so you can take it once inside. My favourite part of my stay was the staff who were all so helpful to me. I was staying here alone for a long time, and it was my first time in Japan. So they were very kind in giving me advice and helping me find my way around Tokyo. They were also willing to listen to my stories about the crazy experiences I had and the crazy characters I met! The Chinese girl at the lobby desk was especially friendly, and the very professional girl who was almost always on the desk was also very helpful!
