I personally loved the rooms because it is clean and well-maintained. I booked a twin bedroom just in case I feel congested if I book a single bedroom. Affordable and the staffs are accomodating and hospitable. I am from the Philippines and I was beyond glad that they have a Filipino resident staff working in this inn. She helped me whenever I need something or I get lost in the maze of rooms around. I really recommend this place.

Stayed here in December of 2018. Only complaint is that the room had bedbugs. We notified the staff at the front desk who then moved us to a different section of the hotel/building with nicer rooms. I carefully inspected this room and found no signs of bugs. We kept our luggage away from the bed and elevated off the floor. We also woke up several times through the night to verify the absence of bedbugs. The next day the manager apologised and appeared to be genuinely surprised to learn about the bugs. He suggested that the bugs had been attracted by a previous guest consuming food in the room, this is obviously wrong. He should know what bedbugs are, how they are spread and how to contol/destroy them. I would not stay there again. If I had to stay there I would carefully inspect the room (lift up the sheets and inspect the mattresses for brown spots, look in the seams of the mattress for bugs) I would also keep my luggage elevated off the floor and away from the bed. Staff was friendly and accomdating. Nice central location in a very busy building. Rooms are clean.

Not recommended don't book this place. The Owner is not professional and very ignorant. He start shouting and try to cancel my booking on arrival to give to someone else because he said he Agoda charge too little for the room. I had to phone Agoda to intervene before he back down. He finally give me a different room from what I originally book, it was dirty dark and no window. I stayed there for aprox 2weeks and he never clean the room or change the bedding once. In the end I had move and book a different hotel because I began itch and get a rash all over my body. I guest it was bed bugs due to dirty linens not ever change. Futhermore if that wasent bad enough he have a cheek to tell me that I'm not allowed any visitors. TOMS. ASIAN INN. SHIANA. Same Owner so be aware.

From the facade of the building you will never imagine that there's a a clean guest house in it's 16th Floor. This place is given 4 because of the following: 1. Bed and linen are clean. 2. Comforter is clean (unlike other guest houses). 3. Accommodating people/management. 4. It has a kitchen where u can get free water (even hot water), coffee and tea, free use of cups. 5. With free WiFi (but sometimes unstable connection). Budget hotels in HK could be typically small so don't expect for a large room. Overall, it's good.

The guest house is clean and the staff is nice - but it s located at the 16 floor of a really rough dirtybuilding. to access to the elevator there is always the line of ppl to enter in the two small elevators. Also the room space is really limited , basically The only option is to laid down in bed. The building it s one of the center of drugs distributions , special in the night there are Indian or Bangladesh ppl that always bother you for any kind of drugs With few dollars more you can easily find a better options for your staying in HK
