The hotel is very clean and charming. The staff is what makes this hotel AMAZING! We have never been treated so kindly. You would never receive this type of service in the states. They were so sweet to our son. Leaving him a teddy bear Christmas morning along with fresh pastries. I left my diamond earrings on the table the day we left. I immediately called when I got to the airport and they set up a carrier to have them shipped back to me. I cannot say enough about how great each and every person who works there was. Thank you for making our Christmas so memorable.

Great hotel, location and service. Rooms are nice and kept clean on a regular basis. Breakfast is always on time brought to the room. Location is amazing, walking distance from all the great sites of Rome and right across of an ancient Greek center which was excavated about 100 years ago. Staff is always available for any questions and is super friendly. 100 procent recommend this hotel and would definitely go back when I come back to Rome.

This location is perfect. The service is incredible. The rooms are great - nothing amazing, but its a good size, clean and comfy. But the staff and location are what stands out. Some of the rooms come with a shower and others a tub - make sure you choose the one you want. Recommended.

Just wow! The location is perfect, all tourist attractions are within walking distance. The staff is so nice and helpful! The room was very clean and tidy even by our high standards) We personally liked having our breakfast served to the room and it was delicious and fresh. We got the superior bedroom ,it was lovely and the size was perfect.The isolation in the room is great so we slept very well and didn’t hear the city noise. What made this hotel so special for us is the attention to small details… Definitely recommend :)

Will update my review once we have stayed, but it felt necessary to already start, as I’m thoroughly impressed. My husband and I (US) will be traveling to Rome in June 2024. I booked this hotel after a thorough search. I placed in the request box as I was completing my booking that we are arriving early morning and wanted to inquire about an airport transfer and baggage holding service. The next morning, I received a reply with detailed information on how to set up a transfer, and that it would be no problem to hold our luggage. They also understand we will be exhausted from traveling and would be happy to provide us with an early check if possible after our arrival. I replied with the info needed for the transfer and my upmost gratitude at their customer service so far. Within a few hours they confirmed our airport transfer. I really just felt this was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to our upcoming stay!
