My stay at Town Season hotel was amazing and I will come back for sure. Everything is super clean and new, and staff is super helpful and gentle, especially Mr. Ali. We were provided with free drive from and to Petra. Breakfast was amazing, even for vegans like me. It's a boutique hotel, so the stuff really makes sure you will good and get all the info needed. Location is amazing, the hotel is literally in the center of Wadi Musa, and main square is 200m away.

Beautiful hotel in Wadi Musa. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Petra. The room was very clean, the staff were extremely helpful, recommending what we should do and even moved our car for us! The breakfast was delicious and the shuttle was very convenient as well. We will definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed in town season hotel this week and had an amazing stay. This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is beautifully furnished and really clean. The bed is comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious. Perhaps the best part of our experience was the warm, friendly and kind staff, everyone was so helpful and could not have done more. We didn’t get too many names but each person we interacted with from reception staff to the gentleman who works on roof terrace were absolutely lovely. We had so much support with the shuttle bus arrangements to and from Petra visitor centre and transport arrangements to the airport. Any questions or queries we had, there was nothing they were unable to help with. The customer service was truly amazing and we feel lucky to have had such a pleasant stay in Petra. The hotel is faultless in my opinion and we would recommend you stay here 100%. Thankyou very much, jazakAllah Khair.

BEST HOTEL in JORDAN!!! It’s all about the little details, the staff is highly educated, well manner, perfect English, when you check in they offer you a drink while they carry your luggage to the room, the attention to the detail it’s what’s the most important when you are tired after a long day travel! The hotel room is super nice, you know usually there are all this dirt marks, broken things, the room look very well maintained and with care to details! I been traveling from Israel to Jordan for a month and this place was like heaven! I even extended my stay for two days because I needed a nice place before continue my journey! Extras: they do free shuttle to Petra and they will help you with other things if you need seriously they really helpful!
