Tucked behind other hotels, and the lobby entrance is not really obvious. The lot is very well lit. Our kitchenette unit was great. Refrigerator with a good freezer, good dishes and utensils. Room and bathroom were very roomy and easy to navigate, Bed fairly comfortable, but a bit too firm for our tastes. The gym is roomy but there is no provision for pulling, just a better than average spread of dumbbells. The free breakfast was a notch better than most in this class - more hot options than I would typically expect.

I stay pretty much with Marriott hotels, and I was surprised with this brand. Not only is it a high-end hotel, but the amenities are the best I have found for the price. They have the largest gluten-free breakfast options for gluten allergy people like me other than a resident inn. BTW don't stay at the resident inn near by you will regret it. This hotel is so much better and nicer for a better price. This was my first time in Towne Place Suites, and I was impressed by the size of the rooms, the full kitchen stocked for cooking if you want. I didn't stay long enough to use it but I was glad it was there. I was on the first floor by the pool / hot tub. I loved the changing colors in the pool and hot tub. It was pretty cool in my book. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I also met a supervisor who was in letting me stay a few extra minutes in the hot tub after a long drive from Denver, CO. They told me about the wide selection of gluten-free options in the morning, but I didn't believe them till I saw for myself. I would highly recommend experiencing this hotel for yourself. The hotel is in the back of other hotels from the street, but it's safe. I am a former law enforcement officer, and security is big for me. Tell them I sent you and see for yourself.

Great location, right by the hwy 40 yet far enough to hear any highway noises. Plenty of spacious room , clean hotel. Must check out the hot tub and pool. 24 hour coffee in the lobby is a bonus. Friendly front desk and house keeping staff. Plenty of options at the breakfast waffles, cereals, juices, coffee, scramble eggs , turkey, bacon, gravy , muffins, fresh fruit , salsa and green chili sauce for breakfast - more then I could eat. Great workout area and plenty of parking even when the hotel is fully booked. Neat and clean lobby area. Ample space to have breakfast They have outdoor fire place and seating area as well.

Lovely hotel that’s pretty new. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay, but they didn’t have any fruit on a Sunday morning. Was originally booked for 3 nights but needed to change it to 2 and the lady at the desk was accommodating. My main issue was the bathroom clogged sink that was an issue from the minute I checked in. I brought it to their attention the following morning but nothing was done about it. I was a bit frustrated coming back at the end of the day to see nothing was done about it. The lady I spoke to that evening was apologetic and professional. If I’m Amarillo and needing a place to stay I won’t hesitate coming here again.

***Dog Friendly*** ***Mobile App Key Feature Works*** ***Take your dog through the side building stairs to avoid the $75 fee*** It's new and clean and rooms are equipped like an extended stay hotel. I had our two dogs with us and needed a place to stay near the highway. If you're not dog friendly, you might not like this place as we saw 5-6 groups of ppl in the lobby with dogs.
