Every person who worked here was so nice and personable. The rooms were nice, the pool was nice, the fitness room was nice. Everything was clean. Snacks are available in the lobby for purchase. Breakfast was inviting. - Bathrooms equipped with large shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap bottles. - The kitchen does not come with heating elements - you have to ask the front desk for one that plugs in. - The hot tub had a knob to turn on the bubbles, but it didn't work. -Our room heater/ac didn't work at all, and the staff tried to "fix" it. They were all aware of this rooms broken amenities, and put us in there anyway. It was never fixed, and we visited during 20° temperatures.

We stayed here twice and both times was excellent. Staff were friendly and ensured our stay was awesome. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Complementary breakfast had a lot of choices. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Overall, we will definitely choose this place again.

Best hotel in this area, and we checked!!! Greeted by Cassi at the front desk, she was amazing. Made sure we were comfortable and got our room keys. She told us the Hottub wasn’t working which was a big bummer for my entire family. I was going to give this place 4 stars, but Cassi saved it because of her thoughtful customer service

When we arrived at the Hotel, our greeting by the two young ladies (Tami & MacKinzie) at the front desk was outstanding! Our room was very clean and spacious. MacKinzie's shift was ending and her replacement (Cassie) was also wonderful. All three ladies were very Professional and had excellent Customer Service and Communications Skills. We will definitely stay here again summer 2024. Five Star Hotel!!!
