This place was very clean, and had excellent customer service. They were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. They also allowed us to keep our bags before and after check in and check out cause we were checking out the place. They had little extra goodies in the bathroom like a hair tie, makeup remover and other toiletries. Some drinks in the fridge, and hot drink sachets for grabs. The room had a stove, pots and pans and all basic kitchen items for cooking. Microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. They also had a blow dryer in the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the room had many lamps so good lighting option. The location was great because it was very close to the centre of Berlin. They are also very welcoming with kids and families.

Greate location hotel. Rooms are big and extremely comfortable. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioner... and it was hot!

The apartment was very clean, quiet and well equipped. Location is good, close to public transport - aprox 10 min walk to bus/metro stations.

Beautiful, clean hotel, very well maintained and finished to a high spec. Lovely decor and staff friendly and helpful. The hotel has a calm, relaxed feel, with all the amenities plus the added benefit of having a kitchenette in each room. The location is perfectly set in the town centre but it doesn’t feel overly crowded around the hotel. Great coffee shops and supermarkets close by. Complimentary mini bar and great gym that’s open 24/7. The perfect place to stay and will definitely book again! Thank you
