Coming here, I know it's a 3-star hotel that was helpful to appreciate the pros and already know about the cons. The location was amazing! Easily walked everywhere. The walk to the beach was straight and a quick 5 minutes. Hitting one intersection with a cross walk. There is also a gas station beside this hotel that makes great food, good for lunches. The rooms were cleaned when we showed up. Stock with towels and face cloths. The kitchen is limited with dishes and cutlery. We used mostly paper plates and cups. Make sure to wash everything before using it, as they don't wash they just rinse. The bathroom isn't great at all, but it does serve its purpose. The tub had lots of rust and chipping happening, and the faucet was not secured to the wall, so I had to carefully pull on the faucet when switching from the shower to the bath. The beds were okay. But beware of the pull out couch!!! It is disgusting and avoided it. It had what appeared to be blood stains or whatever stains on the mattress protector. The grounds are pretty decent. The pool isn't heated, but in the heat, that refreshing pool is amazing..

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Our experience at this apartment was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were met with a unit that was extremely dirty, broken, and had an unpleasant odor. The majority of the furniture was either damaged or scratched, adding to our dissatisfaction. The sofa bed, in particular, was closed when we arrived, and despite requesting assistance from the receptionist at 8:30 PM, it remained unopened when we returned at 10 PM. Taking matters into our own hands, we opened the sofa bed only to discover it was not only dirty but also harbored mold. It was in such poor condition that it was practically unusable, as it seemed on the verge of collapsing. This level of accommodation was completely unacceptable. To provide context, I, along with two friends, had booked the apartment for three people. While my friends arrived a day earlier, I joined them the following day, only to be confronted with the subpar condition of the sofa bed. Seeking a resolution, we approached the receptionist, hoping to change rooms, but were informed that the facility was fully booked. Considering our planned six-day stay, we made the difficult decision to vacate the premises after just two days due to the unacceptable living conditions. Despite requesting reimbursement, we never received a response from the management. In conclusion, I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment and its services. Attached are photos illustrating the deplorable state of the room and the sofa bed, highlighting the unsatisfactory experience we endured.

There were pros and cons with this apartment hotel. I went here to celebrate my birthday. They do not offer early check in and upon arrival I had to end up paying an extra fee I was not aware of that would be due at the hotel. The hotel also does not hold luggage. My flight was early so I had to wait til closer to 3pm to check in. The staff is ok the only one I would give 5 stars to is Angie she was very helpful and understanding. The rooms are very clean I really enjoyed the room. The beach is close walking distance and so is the mall and many places to eat.

Worst hotel ever. I have stayed in many hotels worldwide. But this was the WORST EVER. It's INFESTED with COCKROACHES in the rooms. The staff is rude, uninterested, slow, incompetent, and unfortunately a bit dim-witted. Perhaps it used to be an okay hotel in the past. They don't seem to know the word 'custom' and there's no point in complaining even if you manage to get the only email address where you can send feedback. But with this astonishingly incompetent management that likely made wrong hires, making them look like a joke in the hotel industry, this hotel is clearly spiraling downwards. As a guest, you're much better off elsewhere, trust me. Any other hotel you choose will be a much better choice than this

my brother and i really enjoyed our stay here. the room had everything we needed, the pool area is nicely kept, and the happy hour at the sister hotel was a real selling point! location is fantastic as you are just enough off the main strip of south beach that you aren’t being awoken at horrible hours by partying, but the party is in a very easily walkable distance. the check in was easy, and other outdoor spaces were greatly enjoyed. we are considering another trip to south beach soon, and will definitely return here also, a tip for all visitors, the miami botanical gardens are within a 10 or 15 minute walk from the hotel. it is one of the best botanical gardens i have yet visited, and by far the best on the east coast with the exception of Washington. HIGHLY recommend a visit
