Was given a warm welcome and great rate by Sasha and Kevin. Clean, comfortable and so close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Free off street parking in clear and good sized bays. Good sized room and bathroom. Instant hot water in the shower. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Newquay.

Clean and very comfortable. Close to beaches restaurants and shops. Friendly owners, brilliant breakfast but missed hash browns . Car parking on site a bonus . Everything provided . The 2 bedroom chalet was amazing excellent for families with fridge microwave toaster iron and ironing board plus all necessary toiletries and tea and coffee even down to washing up liquid. Very good value for money .

Haven't even finished our stay and rate this place 10/10. The owners have been so accommodating and patient with us. We arrived later than planned and the owners provided options that were so helpful. We stayed in the family chalet with our two young children. Just fabulous. Breakfast was superb. They allowed us to borrow a beach chair....it just honestly is perfect. Parking also. 5-10 mins walk into the town. 15 min drive to Perranporth which we loved too. Highly recommend staying here and we will be staying here again for sure. We have already told our family about it!
