Lovely Hotel in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The standard room we had was spotlessly clean, and had a comfortable bed and a smart modern bathroom. The breakfast is excellent as it offers a large variety of good quality choices. If you need a Taxi then reception will order it free of charge, and it will be there in minutes. They only use the official white Taxis and the prices are very reasonable. This Hotel is a perfect choice for a Rome city break.

The hotel is in the heart of Rome. The staff at the reception was friendly and polite so the staff at the bar. Our room (101) was next to the lift so we could hear the lift every time it was operated however it was not to strong noise so it did not annoy me much. The mattress was not comfortable at all, half of the bed was not flat at all, it had lot of small hard waves. The room was very simple and no price list for the minibar. The bathroom was clean but not big. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and polite.

We stayed 4 nights and were very happy. We got the executive room which was huge! The hotel is very clean and well decorated. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were fantastic. Highly recommend. The only wish we have is that the beds were a little more comfortable.

I think the location is just perfect. Close to the Spanish steps. Easy walk to the borgese park, easy walk to Trevi, so it’s as good a location. As a family, we got three beds so the room was a decent size. The bathroom was huge (probably a wheelchair accessible bathroom) however the shower handle was broken and the toilet seat was a little too tall for my little one. The room was warm and can’t really adjust the temperature so had to keep the window open but then we right on the street and bring in the first floor, it was loud at night and tough to sleeps four stars purely for location and for a good bellman who was eager to help.

Upgraded us to the best suite with a jacuzzi for no additional cost. The shower and jacuzzi needed some renovation work, but we were very grateful for the upgrade, as the rest of the suite was beautiful. The main complaint was the elevator: it was tiny and took FOREVER. However, we appreciated them holding our bags for us as we explored the city. Bed was also very comfortable,
