Very good value for money. The rooms are big, very nicely located in a chill part of old town with lots of small bars and shops. But the real added value were the hosts. They are incredibly nice and are literally 24/7 at your service. Free water and fruit and laundry service for 60 baht in total! Hands down one of the best places I've ever stayed at.

This hotel is well located and the rooms are big and comfortable. They keep it clean and beds are also big and comfy. The bathrooms are not the best, but ok.

We loved our stay at Triple Palms House and one of the best value stays we had in Thailand. The room we had as very spacious, comfortable and clean. Also very good wifi which had no issues with calls/working. It is in a great location with everything you need in a couple of minutes walk. They do washing at accommodation and sun dry it for a cheap price. There is a great shared kitchen area with free coffee, water and fruit. The family running it are lovely and so helpful with everything. We would highly recommend staying at Triple Palms House!

I really enjoy staying here . It is a family owned and owners stayed at the property and they were very helpful and speak excellent English. It is in quite part of old city with parking available with open patio which is great for kids or reading outside. Close to my favorite spot for live music- Jazz at the north gate . They also offer bananas and mandarins and have tea, coffee and drinking water available. I liked that I could refill my water bottle and could skip buying more plastic bottles . Also they can do laundry for a small fee. I highly recommended .

Triple Palms House is a fantastic place to stay in the old quarter of Chiang Mai close to everything and with a great selection of restaurants (and an A+ selection of vegan/vegetarian restaurants and juice bars) and other attractions (eg., Sunday walking market, Wat Chiang Man—-Chiang Mai’s oldest temple) within minutes walk. The rooms (and beds) are very comfortable, spacious and well appointed (eg., fridge, seating area and desk) and the first floor kitchen area is a nice place to eat, work, socialize or partake of the free coffee. Excellent wifi throughout. My top floor room had a great view of the Chiang Mai mountain, the glimmering gold pagoda of Wat Doi Sutep and the sunset! (I chose Triple Palms and its’ location specifically as a place to heal after a back injury because of all of the above as well as the kindness and generosity of the owners.) As a result, I was there for almost two months on 3 separate occasions. The location is simultaneously quiet, with few cars and scooters, and centrally located. The owner and his sister who helps him are super friendly, kind and helpful as well as fluent in English. [In fact, I was using one of their bicycles (at no charge) and even after I moved to another location, they both drove me there and continued to let me use the bike as long as I was in Chiang Mai and at no cost!] Thank you Triple Palms. Highly recommended for an excellent stay in old Chiang Mai.
