We as a group of 15 had an amazing time at triton beach hotel! the service is very good and they ensure everyone feels welcome and has a good stay. The food is exactly what you’d want, and it’s just off the beach front. They offer activities and massages suitable for all. I would highly recommend staying here :)

In summary, I did not enjoy my stay. when we enter the hotel for check-in they are not good at welcoming us. The pool is right in front of the dinning area with no privacy. Also it's not very clean to use i guess. And the food does not taste good at all as we expected and disappointed on meals. Most of the buffet buckets were empty around 9am and we had to ask for refilling. That time the waiters and supports staff in the buffet area was so rude to us. I stayed in room 404 family room and I found cockroaches and red ants inside the room. Elevator was not operated for one full day. Bathroom is good looking with bath tab, but they asked to pay extra money to use the bath tub and jacuzzi facility. But the hotel is very close to bikini beach and water activities and restaurants. I would have find a better place instead of

Had the most amazing weekend thank you! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything, big or small, and activities were very well organised! I especially enjoyed the snorkelling day!

Stay away from this place! Hotel is overpriced, quality is poor, rooms are old, staff is unhelpfull, wifi doesn't work, there is terrible smell from sewerage in bathroom. Breakfast is something I have never seen before! There is literally nothing to eat! Fruit is gone in a second, jam is missing, only few slices of toast bread is waiting for you. There is no tea, no coffee. Nothing. I've been to hundreds of hotels in more then 50 countries, but this? Wow, that' truly someting to remember. So please, do yourself a favor and don't even think about booking this hotel.

We were a family of 6 adults and 3 kids below the age of 10 years and we had a very poor experience. We stayed there for 5nights and 6days. We had booked this place 8 months ago on recommendation for friends and family, however hospitality was very poor. The hotel staff were rude, aggressive and lacked handling customer queries. We informed on the day of check-in that the rooms had cockroaches and the response was “you have to stay with it, please read before coming to Maldives, as in Maldives there are cockroaches everywhere”. The food spread and quality was really bad. The buffet had limited options and limited quantity and when asked the hotel staff created a lot of issues making any food and asked us to eat whatever is available. Specially hotel staff at the reception was extremely rude Ms. Naha and a gentleman who almost fought with every customer specially travellers from India. The elevator and the hotel lobby was stinking and had rotten smell all throughout our 5 days of stay. even when we requested for a meal for which we were ready to pay the hotel staff clearly stated to either eat what is there on the buffet or you can choose to out. we were left with no choice but to eat. the only bright light was Ms. Malithi (reservation) and the Manager at the hotel but by then everything was spoiled. The country is beautiful and the beaches are superb, but people are not at all at their good behaviour.
